My wife and I recently moved from California to Minnesota, where we bought our first house. From the start, Damien was extremely helpful and responsive in sending us house listings that matched our search criteria. When we saw the listing for the house that we liked (and ended up buying), everything instantly jumped into high gear and within a matter of hours we were able to reach out to a mortgage lender (recommended by Damien) and put an offer together to give to the listing agent and sellers. By the NEXT DAY, our offer was approved and everything was rolling! Since we were still in California and bought sight-unseen, Damien was super helpful in getting photos for us and going to the property for video walk-through tours. There were a few small contingencies for the sale to go through, regarding the home inspection, but everything turned out great! It was all done quickly and thoroughly, which made the entire process much less stressful for us. As we were first time home-buyers, we asked for his professional opinion on nearly every aspect of the buying process. He made sure to give us his insight and perspective based on his experiences without being pushy, and he always did so in a timely and respectful manner. Even if it was 9-10pm for us in CA, meaning it was 11pm-12am for him in MN, he responded immediately and concisely. He took into consideration that we were first timers, moving across the country, and on a very short schedule (the previous owners were going to be gone less than 1 month after accepting our offer), and everything he did to help us was professional and above expectations! I would 100% recommend Damien Troupe to any prospective home buyer or seller as he truly knows his stuff. He is local to the Twin Cities and that was a very helpful quality in us being able to find, buy, and move into our first home! My wife and I sold our home through Zillow Offers and they set us up with Damien to help us find our new home. That day he sent us a quick video to introduce himself and then it was right down to business. He was very helpful in tailoring our home search to fit our wants and needs. Once we narrowed things down to homes we wanted to tour he showed his eye for detail and pointed out different aspects of a home to consider that hadn't crossed our minds. He was very thorough and extremely helpful with keeping our process on track, especially when we hit a snag before our closing. I'm also curious how much coffee he must drink because I swear the man doesn't sleep. It didn't matter what time of day or night I messaged or called him, I would get a response almost immediately. Giving that level of attention to his clients made both of us feel very comfortable working with him, and I have already recommended him to some friends in case they ever need a realtor.

In a short period of time we developed a need to purchase a home very near work. I contact David via Zillow about 1 specific home. Over the lunch hour, David had arranged for us to see 3 homes.
